Route Management System

The new DebitKey Deposit Key allows the Route Operator/Manager to collect his share of the route's revenue in advance of the actual sales ... without having to make regularly scheduled stops at the equipment's site. There's no longer a need to count and divide cash onsite. The Property Manager prepays the Route Manager his percentage and then keeps the revenue stored in the site's kiosk.

Here's how it works:
Let's say the Property Manager estimates he'll do one thousand dollars in sales this month. He'll request a Deposit Key valued at $1,000 from the Route Manager and prepay the Route Manager's percentage prior to receiving the Key. When the Key arrives at the equipment's site, the Property Manager inserts the Deposit Key into the site's Kiosk/Revalue station. The Key actually updates the kiosk's internal program and he now has the ability to dispense or revalue keys totalling up to one thousand dollars. If there were already an existing balance in the kiosk's internal account, the $1,000 would be added to that amount. When currency is inserted into the kiosk, it belongs to the Property Manager because the Route Manager has already received his percentage of the sale.

At any time, the Property Manager can insert a maintenance key and read a display of the remaining balance in his kiosk's account. When the account value reaches his pre-determined reorder limit, he simply orders a new Deposit Key from the Route Manger. Each Deposit Key is used just one time and then discarded.
